The Food and Nutrition services department is responsible for providing food services to patients, physicians and staff. The department has 3 clinical dieticians on duty Monday through Friday and one dietician on duty Saturday and Sunday.
Types of Services Offered
• Dieticians recommend and provide appropriate diets and medical nutritional therapy to patients according to physicians orders based on medical nutrition diagnosis. • Cycle menus are used for patients on regular or modified diets. When appropriate, patients may select their food items from a menu. The department also offers an alternative Chinese menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner • The cafeteria offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for physicians, staff and visitors. Vending machines are also available during non-operational hours. Coffee and water are offered 24 hours/day free of charge.

Food and Nutrition Office Hours: 5:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. (7 days/week)
Cafeteria Hours: Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Lunch: 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Dinner: 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
